hello all... i am just wondering what are some simple and inexpensive upgrades for my '99 cavalier 2.2L that will give me better acceleration?

not much, ive seen people spend over a 1,000 bucks on upgrade parts for the 2.2L and actually get slower, its not worth it really, im guessing a drop in K&N air filter would do a little, it did for my 2.2L

if it's an automatic, a b&m shift kit will make a very nice difference for ony $40 at summitracing.com

on the 2.2 u have a lot a work ahead if you want it fast, u could do the basics, but they wont do much besides the header. so turbo or supercharge if you want a noticable difference.
