Well might be useless, but I was doing some research yesterday about which CF decal was the cheapest and I think some people might be interested by that.
The Price is at usual place or best price I could find. It's not 100% accurate, but give you a good idea. All of them are based on a single Sheet of Decal except Scale Auto Style, which is the price of 3 sheet.
It might be interesting for those that Try to know which size is the sheet before buying
Modeller's 13cm*19cm 247cm² 5.50$ = 0.0223$/cm²
Museum Collection 13cm*28cm 364cm² 8.90$ = 0.0245$/cm²
Renaissance 13cm*19cm 247cm² 7.50$ = 0.0301$/cm²
MSM Creation 12cm*19cm 228cm² 8.00$ = 0.0351$/cm²
Detail Master 12cm*19cm 228cm² 8.00$ = 0.0351$/cm²
Scale motosport 12cm*19cm 228cm² 8.00$ = 0.0351$/cm²
Racing43 9cm*16cm 144cm² 5.25$ = 0.0365$/cm²
Scale Auto Style 10cm*14cm 143cm² 5.50$ = 0.0385$/cm²
Studio 27 13cm*18cm 234cm² 9.00$ = 0.0385$/cm²

I like the fact that you give the sizes of the sheets, that's useful :)
Could you tell us where the best prices are? ;)

Wooow, cool one Vric ! I printed this data base !!
May be fun to rate them too... like SAS..... B+ and so on depending on the scale factor, the quality of the print and the overall look of the carbon fiber patern. Well ok... maybe not because those are personal idea on what FC should look. But cool anyway.

Which of the CF decals are the best? Quality is as important as price IMO.

I just got a sheet from Detail Master, want me to take a really close up picture, so you can have it for a database of what exactly it looks like?

Well quality can vary from you, me and other people.
I have used Museum Collection, SAS and MSM Creation (I have ordered 3 sheet of SMS now), beside some minor change in patern, the quality is always good no matter which brand (they are all very respectable brand here). Only Studio27 seem to have a very unique patern, which might be why it's the most expensive
As for the price, I looked only:
www.scaleracecars.com
www.detailanddesigninscale.com
www.mediamixhobby.com.sg
www.hlj.com
www.scaleautostyle.com
But many of them sell the decal the same price as it sugested by the manufacturer (except Studio27 which is much cheaper on scale race car (9$ insted of 12$)
If you want to debate on quality, go on. But for my expenrience, if you stay with good brand, the decal will be good
This chart is just to know which is the most expensive. Looking at Racing 43 (the cheapest sheet) you realise that it's one of the most expensive becose of the size.

Thanks Eric. Hey Chris, when will you get more CF in? Everytime I go to order you're out.

Could be 4 weeks or more. I have a couple of sheets left so be quick, otherwise check with SAS stockists.
