Keyed bumper repair

Could use some help repairing my bumper.

Some idiot took pleasure in keying some words into the bumper of my 1996 Honda Accord.

I tried some touch up paint, but it doesn't remove the marring that took place. the words are simply in a new color.

How do I go about correcting this?

Check auto stores, they sell kits. I had some kinda deep scratched in my mailbu, you can fill them easy but i dont think i got the right color paint. Any how they have like a putty or bondo you fill the cracks and use like a squeege to remove extra putty, it will harden in the scratch then you like prime paint and gloss it or somehting. Simple concept duno how it works yet. (putty can be messy if your not carefull) I forgot you gota sand the spots you fill before painting, just a light grade kits come with the paper usually
