Its not low power for the weight of the car. With a car that light, 165 HP is more than you need. The only thing I think it could use is some torque...

The 99 Civic Si (electron blue pearl comes to mind) is not a fast car at all. It IS however a staple in the Import Tuning industry and culture.

and i have to admit they do look pretty nice...
