Arm Rest for my 840Ci

Can you get centre arm rest for the 840 Ci BMW's if so where can i get one from

Saw one on the web somewhere, in the US, looked like an ugly brick and cost $150.

I saw a very decent looking arm rest for the Z4 that appeared to be easily adapted/modified to fit an 8 at leatherz.com I believe it is called the Mark I.
