4Runner Flares

Hello All...first post.

I just purchased a '90 4Runner and it is just a tad rusty. I honestly don't care all that much about the rust because the engine is so strong, but if possible/cheap, I wouldn't mind covering some of that up. Is there any place to get used fender flares?

Also, and I apologize for being so bland on this one, but how do you bondo something? The rust is pretty bad on one side and which has gotten to the point of breaking through in one little spot. I'd like to bondo it and then I plan on putting one of those steel plates running across the bottom.
