Advice for purchasing 2002 IS300

I would appreciate if all yall could gimme any all advice on purchasing the 2002 5 speed IS 300... I'm looking at a white one with a spoiler... Should I get the stock spoiler or are there better aftermarket ones? and should I get a brand new one or a pre-owned 2002 which only has 1k miles on it?
Any replies will be greatly appreciated...

if you really want a spoiler, I like the stock one as it has the LED brake lights in it... but then again, i'm a big fan of the small lip spoilers that mount along the trailing edge of the trunk.
If there is a huge cost difference, why not go w/ the 1k miles? make sure you TEST DRIVE the crap outta the used one though, and be very thourough in your checks.
