I'd throw an exhaust on it, (2.5 pipe, down pipe, muffler) a header....a direct air charger, OBD1 conversion, some little hp increasing knick knacks....ground wires, plugs, different ignition, distributor caps, spark plugs, some other crap....a big collection of 2-3hp and 5-8hp crap.

maybe some turbo, or supercharger action, maybe some zex nitrous

probably go with some white ADR rims, lambo doors w/remote opener.
I'd have an elaborate remote starter system...some projector headlights, some euro's, some fenders, a hood, maybe a body kit, maybe a spoiler, a lot of other crap.

I'd actually just tweak the shit out of it until I found something I liked.

Well then i would put in a V39 engine, triple turbocharge it, 30 inch rims, windows so tinted a nuke could go off and i would only see it through the door hinges, built in women, 9' exhaust tips...5 of those, a subwoofer that shoots music out the back and makes me go faster, a triple overhead camshaft, supercharge two of the turbos but not the third (wouldnt wanna blow it up) then a 900 shot of NAWS (that wouldnt hurt it) then i would go to K-Mart and buy a $9 body kit and attatch it with duct tape, but i would make sure its a different paint color and that it doesnt fit, $20 plastic spinning rims from Fleet Farm and bolt those onto my 30's. Oh and it has to have a fake hood scoop. Then to top it off i would steal a bench seat from a bus and tape that sucker on the trunk for a spoiler. OOoooh that would be badass! :P haha.

swap in a b18c1, hook it up with a greddy turbocharger and intercooler
Greddy exhaust
Tein SS suspension with edfc controller
Sweet sound system
custom interior with sparco racing seats
