i need help quick

ok im buying an exhaust very soon...i saw a pacesetter exhaust for 300 bucks.....then i did a lil research and found only one person tlk about it and he said thier crap....but wut does crap mean...? can someone tell me if thier a decent exhaust....does it sound bad?....does it give no increse?.....if its crap sound is it worth buying then getting a diff muffler?........if the whole thing is jus crap and doesnt help hp at all....then does anyone know a better exhaust that isnt over 500 bucks......not looking to spend alot that y i like the cheep pacesetter but i need info on it please.....help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
