rear wiper

My 97 villager rear wiper quite working. When I turned on the rear wiper switch, sometimes it moves from one position to another, but most times, the rear wiper does not move at all. I have checked all the fuses related to the rear wiper and found they are all OK. I know there is a rear wiper relay located under the cup holder at the left hand side of the third row bench, but I can never find it. I will be very much appreciate if anybody can share with me the solution of the same problem. Thanks.

I am having teh same problem with my 98 villiager.
