So what all needs to be ported besides the heads? Intake manifold, heads, valves? I just bought a set of JE piston set... and I know I need to polish my heads to make it fit the bigger JE heads, but what else need to be fully tuned and polished?

First, nothing "needs" to be ported, but wherever you got the idea to do that, you need to figure out from THEM what to port. For example if you found a list of mods on www.2gnt.com that said "#3. port TB and intake manifold" then do that. I personally wouldn't know anything about a n/t.
Moral of the story. You aren't trying anything special. Find out what other people did to theirs, and do that if they gave a good review. Don't ask us what is already available on the net please.
Unless I'm mistaken, people only port the intake and exhaust passages on their heads on the amateur level. You don't need to mess with anything inside the combustion chamber.
Again.. don't bring 30% of the info you need here asking for clarification, because you are way off track in the first place. Get a mod list and start at the beginning.
