need traction.....

can someone give me ideas for getting traction with my s10? i spin through the first gear then i grip, but i want grip off the line if i can get it, but i dont have alot of money. if i put weight in my bed will that help? any help will be very appreciated, thnx. oh by the way its a v8 causing the traction problems.

If it has any power at all your S10 should be burning rubber threw 2nd as well. :lol2: You might want to put weight in the rear but traction bars or bigger tires work too. I have known a few people that have done v8+S10 combo and none of them could hold traction. Even a hopped up 4.3 will spin the daylights out of the tires.

just get abunch of concrete blocks and fill the bed up that will get some traction for you. :iceslolan
