my friend had a 2000 Sonata .... does it need an install kit ?
She said it sticks out when you slide it onto the sleeve. Also, does anyone know of a site that shows how to remove the old radio and the wiring scheme for the factory harness. Installdr does not have Hyundai in their database.

go to www.hmaservice.com (http://www.hmaservice.com) and select the model shop manual you want and you can print that page out which gives the removal and installation procedures.
