Squeak noise coming from drive shaft or rear end

Hello all I was hoping someone could help me out here. I have a 99 Durango and at lower speeds 1-25 mph I have a skweaking sound similar to someone jumping on an old spring mattress noise. It seems to be coming from the U joint which connects the drive shaft to the rear end.

Does anyone have any ideas or can give some insite on this problem they have seen or experienced before?
