92 crown vic turnlights

the turn signals on mine are gone.----- fuse looks ok. replaced flasher.
still have head/tail lights -parking and backups--emerg flash ok.
Is the next shot the turn signal switch. How involved is getting it off?
Is there any instructions available on line? does it involve messing with the air bag or ignition ? ----dealer wants an arm just to diagnose the problem, but I'll bite the bullet if it's too complicated.

try replacing the rear bulbs, i had the same prob and by replacing the bulbs, it was all fixed. the lights may work, but i replaced them anyways and they started working again
