My right headlight never turns off

Low beams work, high beams work. But then if I turn the headlights off, the right low beam stays on. Weird?

do u have daytime running lights possibly and the left one doesn't work??

Right headlamp stays on 24/7 unless I disconnect it

even with the car turned off n the key out?? hmm...thatz weird...i dunno about that one...
