on my 94 elantra i have 17 inch club lineas on 215/45/17's with intrax springs which made the car look good but then i wanted to go a little lower and i had my springs cut and then that is when the problem started my front right tire started to rub against the fender well i thought it was because i neede new shocks but that wasnt it so now im thinking that maybe its because i had my springs cut... but its funny that only one tire is rubbing what can cause that and what can i do to fix it... i wanted some coilovers but they are just to expensive plus the car is sitting in my backyard i only work on it on the weekend but im eager to get it back out on the road again... need help what kind of shocks should i put on and will getting a new set of intrax springs solve my rubbing problem

Have you tried having your fenders rolled?

When fitting an aftermarket wheel you really need to pay attention if your steering lock is set correctly as well.

On my other car I rolled the fenders and added a steering lock device.
