Cruise control

For a 1996 Honda Accord DX, I was wondering how hard it was to install cruise control. The only spot I see where cruise control could possibly go is where a square is underneath the driver side vent. It looks like that square is removable. And if so, where is the best place to buy a cruise control kit for a reasonable price.
