2002 3/4 body crooked

Measured around the whole body and found that it leans 3/4" to the drivers side F/R. Torsionj bars are equally adjusted. What gives ?

There are some suspension measurements that should be taken to determine if this is truely a problem or not.
The "Z" and "D" hieght measuremnets must be taken to insure the suspension is at the proper angles
