Instrument cluster exchange

My '89 S-10 4 banger has a bare bones panel with idot lights only. Can I swap in a like year panel with real gages without rewiring or different sending units? Does my wiring harness have everything it needs already??

i have 98 i put in 98 with tach works fine about 6k on new cluster go 4 same year or alike years tachs are nice too bad the one i found has 100k more than the one i found

deal is, i don't have guages now - so afraid that sending units would all have to be swapped out too. guess I have to just live with idiot lights. except have to pull whole unit anyways, as i have 2 bulbs burnt out. Royal pain!
