okay guys, first of all, thanks for all of your advice for my roadtrip. it was a big help. thankfully i got all the way home with no problems!!! 28 hours of driving and it was well worth it to finally be apart of the rotary family!

so now i start the troubleshooting of my venture towards supremacy on the road, lol.

(here's the most up to date background of my car):

i bought it with the stock engine, and fire damage. don't know how but it caught on fire. so i bought an 88 for a parts car. took everything i needed out of it such as engine, tranny, a few interior pieces and all of my power accessory motors. so, i flew to albuquerque to get my car and it wasn't finished being worked on. so i had to help the mechanic finish, what i payed him to do, lol. we got the stock engine(with the fire damage)to run, quite well... then it got TOO hot and we blew it. thankfully i had the parts car engine. which conveniently had less miles and every service record possible up until the wreck it was in..lol. so we swapped engines. it took me, a friend, and my mechanic only TWO days to completely take my old engine apart and out and put the new one in and get it running! so the engine is solid and i want to make sure i don't do anything to hurt it. i have already ordered my black magic electic fan and koyo radiator. but, when i want to floor it, it doesn't want to go. it retards HEAVILY and just sputters. when i am at a stop and i just floor it to rev, it stops right before 4g's... if i am not mistaken it's a common problem for us FC owners. but i don't know how to cure it. also, i have an oxygen sensor i just haven't put it in yet. would that solve my problem?

thanks in advance fellas......

I check all the car's grounds and it could also be the secondary injectors aren't firing.

you can have them professionally cleaned and rebuilt for a cheaper price. Check the wiring to them also.

okay, so i went injector shopping today. i can get brand new ones for like $235, plus a $55 core. so i get all new injectors for $180. not too bad! anyway, thanks guys! also, i figured i'd ask one more time, is there ANYTHING else it could be? i will buy that part or get it fixed too, lol!
