Rota Slipstreams

I'm buying a set of these but can't decide on 16x7 or 15x7. I am going to be autocrossing with them, but they will be for daily driving too. I have some power under the hood so I was thinking 16's, and imo they'll look better too, but do 15's take corners better? The 15's are only 12lbs, and the 16's are only a lb more.. 13lbs. Help me out.

To be honest, I would go with the 16's just for looks. Your are right about the 15's being better for performance, but I'm a sucker for good looks.....fISH.

If you plan on autocrossing 15s work better. You have more performance tires in 15s for Hondas than 16s too. Plus 15s are lighter, weight is more towards the center of the wheel and they are cheaper.

I think I've pretty much decided on some 16x7's because the difference in weight is only one pound, and I'd have to get some 60-65mm tires to make up for the total size difference. I'm going to look for some 215/50/HR-16's, which Falken seems to have a decent cost/performance balance of in their lineup.

16 is purtier. Other than that 15 is better.

i dont mind the looks of my 15's at all... and the tires are a bit cheaper

good call, you are sure to enjoy them. i dont remember what wheels you have on there now but when i changed from my heavy ass 17's to the 15 inch rotas i could feel a pretty big difference in off the line acceleration and stopping power as well

I have the stock 14's right now, sold my heavy ass 17's a few months ago. Even a switch to steelies felt like it had more pickup..

i have 15" rotas but i wish i would have gotton the 16's cause they would look better on my car.
what size tires are you putting on? i have 205/55/15

ya i decided to go w/ the 55series cause i got a bodykit and if i had the 50series it would sit way too low, unless i raised my coil overs but then it would look dumb. plus i can launch higher w/ the 55series.
