Need list of available rear gears

Need list of available rearend gears for a 1997 2500 Van / 318 cid motor. Which gears are available starting from the bottom ...up to 3.54 ?? Would like to change out my 3.54 to something lower (numerically) for an RV to get better highway economy, which carrys little cargo weight. And...do u have a ballpark cost on what a Dodge Dealers Service Dept would charge for the swapout ?

There's one more higher gear and that's the 3.21. The difference would be so little that it wouldn't justify changing it over.

I was told by many people than if and when I put a 318 in my truck, I'm going to have to change my gears in the back because it apparently won't stand up to it. I don't know why, but I don't think I'd want the gears I have anyway since they're so high...
