I ran over a chunk of something last night and to the best I can tell I now have a wonderful hole in my oil pan.....AAARRRGGGHHH!! It's not a big hole but it is still a hole. Can this be repaired? Or do I have to buy a whole new oil pan? If anyone can help me please let me know soon, I need it fixed tomorrow because no one is open on sunday's and I have to work monday. Thanks

Completely drain the oil, spray the area w/ some brake clean till there is no oil present. Then use some JB weld on it. It works great. I used some on a couple pin hol leakse on my oil pan.

JB weld or just plain weld it. The old back woods gas and brass welding with a coat hanger or you can mig weld it.

Thanks for the advice. I called the local Ford garage and they said J.B. Weld as well. I think I will do that for a temp fix until I have time to take the oil pan off and have it welded. Thanks again for your help!
P.S. Steer clear of chunks of concrete, they tear stuff up!
