2000+ halogen lights

Tell me what you think of this picture...I still am not sure if these lights are real but man do they look bad ass...Oh and i found out the price to get 2000-2003 nissan sentra lights retrofitted with Halogen bulbs from www.Hidtech.com and it would be about 1300...is it worth it?Pictures of Halogen on sentra (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/231824/1)
