replacing 14inch wheels with 16inch wheels ? maybe?

What are the chances I could throw some 16 inch wheels on my 94' Caravan. The van came with 14 inch wheels.
would I have to make any changes to the suspension?
does anyone know it this will work

I need new tires but have some almost new 16" tires kicking around so i'd just buy some steel wheels.

i did that very thing with my 97. Those puny 14s didnt do it now favor. What is the size are u looking at. I believe your factory size is 195x75x14. The correct replacement size is (Plus 2) Size: 215/55R16
That will keep the correct tire diameter. You may use others.
