Looks like a Nismo bumper or a good copy of one.

if you look at the nismo one its almost the same but not quite... i would upload a pic but i'm to lazy... maybe someone who has one could post... its really pissin me off tho cuz i'v been lookin for about a week now and still no anwser to who makes it or what its called

There are so many kits out there made by different companies that call them different names that it's hard to pin it down. Are you looking for a kit or just want to know about that one?

just the front bumper.... the side's are nismo i know that for sure, i just have no clue about the bumper.

That bumper is a stock R34 GTR one. The only difference is the two holes on either side of where the reg plate is attached. Those are cutouts and Mine's air guides (or whatever you call it) fitted.

so i have to cut these holes in my self!... wow kinda scary, is there any other way???

deffinatly looks like a nismo bumper but i dont think is the same exact one, ive seen one nismo bumpers on vspecII Nur, but that must be different

No, its not a Nismo. Its a stock bumper!!

If you look closely, the top half of the splitter is painted white as well.
Here's a pic of my car WITH the stock bumper. Notice they look the same except the 2 air guides and my top half of the splitter is not painted??
