I know for a FACT that the OEM coolant in my 1995 Aurora was the traditional GREEN Anti-Freeze/Coolant. I have changed it one time in it's nearly 9 years, 120K miles. There is a requirement for the anti-corrosion tablets and it is alluded to on page 6-19 of the owner's manual and additional details are provided in the G-Platform Service Manual.
I do not deviate from OEM specs if at all possible. Further, I believe that vehicles that use Dex-Cool as the OEM coolant reference it by its Trade Name in the owner's manual and perhaps on placards under the hood.

thanks for the response,,it's really strange why i got 3 different answers from three different dealerships..in fact one said he was 100% sure the 95 aurora came with the dex-cool..the other stated, only 96 and newer used dex-cool and the 3rd said some 95's used dex and some green..
