Electric Seat Belt Help

Yesterday i was leavin an appointment an the electric seat belt wouldnt come up. Its been giving me trouble since i bought it, some times it wouldnt work then id slam the door and it would work, but now not even slammin it wouldnt work. I replaced the fuses even though they looked fine so i think it might be somethin to do with the thing that goes in the door when you shut it(its NOT the dor light switch). I think it might be the thing that goes back in the door when you shut it or could it be a sensor that goes to the latch?

Im lost on ideas.
