Help!!:Start noise

Hey guys, I need your opinion.
I drive Sentra 99 SE lmtd, SR20DE B14 MT.
When I start, for about one sec, it makes bad squeaking noize and back to nomal. Obviously, it has to be problem with the starter, I think.
So, I am off to buy a new starter and I found used 93 Sentra SE-R, B13 AT starter. Does anyone know if this one would work on mine? and what is you take on using a starter over 10 years old?

no it wont work... 1 its AT starter... just go get a new one and save ur self the trouble later

When I checked, they sell same ones for AT starter and MT starter, how is it different?
