ok now i can't find where my fuel filter is on my car b/c i need to change that and im gonna go change my spark plugs too in hopes of getting my car to finally turn on but while i was checking all of the hoses and what not i saw that there was oil resting on top of my intake manifold under the carberator on the drivers side what would cause this to happen?? and where is the fuel filter located?

the oil might be coming from the distributor, i dont know much on the third gens but its a possibility. on the fourth gens, the fuel filter is in line, underneath the car on the driver's side. its about 2/3 of the way back, is a cylinder, you'll see it. again, i dont know if it's the same for third gens, but may give you an idea...

If You Have A Third Gen It Should Be Infront Of Your Rear Drivers Side Tire, Infront Of The Wheel Well
