and help me.....everything is done on my camaro FINALLY. im gonna fire her up tomorrow. but i have one problem. its with the tv cable. that plastic piece on the end that connects to the throttle linkage is getting stuck. when i let off the throttle the cable bends upward because the plastic piece wont turn back the the normal position. any ideas...if u know what im talking about?

the TV cable is the throttle cable. it tells the tranny how much the throttly is being pushed. effectivly adjusting the line pressure in the tranny.

korndogg... damn man i have been waiting for an update for a long time. how did the new crossmember work out?

as for the tv cable thing, is it a factory cable, like one you got with the tranny or did you buy a new one? my guess is that you just need to get a different mounting post. by that i mean, the little thing that bolts to the throttle linkage and that the little black thing hooks to. if its not the right size it might not allow the black thing to swivle freely. if thats not the part your talking about let me know cuz thats what it seems like your talking about. also, you could try a little grease.

push in the steel tab and move the sliding thing all the way back(towards the firewall) the get in and push the pedal all the way to the floor. you should hear some clicks, and it's adjusted.

oh really??thats it??? i read that u gotta pull that sliding thing all the way out...then have someone step on the gas...then while theyre stepping on the gas u push it all the way towards the firewall
