What is the difference between the 1995 and 1996 civic, basically why does Hasport make a mount for the k20 in the 1996 civic and not the 1995?

They're two different generations of Civic. The '95 is part of the 5th gen., whereas the '96 was the start of the 6th gen.
5th gen = 92-95
6th gen = 96-00

You'd have to check with Hasport to inquire why they don't make a mount kit yet for the '95. Maybe it's in their plans for the future.

I know they do make one but must not sell it on their site, I know I've seen it somewhere around online. Maybe try calling them and see what's up.
