Cowl induction is it worth it???

Hi, I have a fake cowl induction hood. I just installed an open element filter and I am planning on getting two ram air set up on the open element. However, I was wondering if there is any cheap chance that I can make my fake cowl induction hood functional. If so, how???

Hi, anybody??? How can I make my cowl work, if possible at all.
