Flogging Molly was the best performance of the whole damn thing. Avenged Sevenfold did well, so did Bowling for Soup and Yellowcard. $4 for water though... fuckin ridiculous.

i hate Flogging Molly....and Yellowcard...and Bowling For Soup... :icon16:
but i have my tickets lined up! it hits Toronto on August 14th, and i can't wait.
bands i'm mainly going to see are:
Taking Back Sunday (my favorite band and this will mark the 4th time i've seen them live - 2 of which will have been this summer)
Coheed and Cambria (other favorite band)
Thursday
From First To last
Alexisonfire
BoysNightOut
Story Of The Year
Matchbook Romance
and i'm going to try to throw stuff at Good Charlotte like i did to Simple Plan last year. :icon16:
and a bunch of others i can't remember. but those are the ones that i will be trying to see. i'm mad that FATA won't be at ours! any others that i catch will be because i notice them playing and forgot about them, or hear them playing and decide to stop and listen.
i'm gonna bring a shitload of money for t-shirts and stickers. i can't wait, i'm so stoked.

thanks for reminding me!
i gotta try to catch Anti-Flag and Bad Religion too.
best act last year was probably The Used or Less Than Jake. unfortunatley neither will be here this year (or Rancid...or Pennywise...), so i'm hoping someone really brings down the house!
yeah if none of you heard, i hit the lead singer of Simple Plan in the head with a water bottle mid-set last year, causing him to utter a death threat to me after the song.
i hope to do the same to GC this year. :evillol:

i had it in my favourites. can't remember where i originally found the link though... :screwy:
if you look, the t-shirt is exactly the same. the one on the emo website has little scissors, and you can barely see them on the shirt in the band poster.
someone stole their character! :grinno:

mmmm, kick ass band. Francis has such a killer voice, and he's the drummer too! crazy shit...
i saw them live last year when they opened for Taking Back Sunday at a club show here in Toronto, they were absolutely insane. that and Thrice are tied for the roughest mosh pits i've ever been in.

christ, you should have seen the pit tonite for korn. holy crap there were like 20 pits of like 15 ppl going at once. it was so badass.
by the way, projekt revolution was pretty good, korn is deffinately worth paying the money for. they played a whole set.

can't stand Korn personally. Freak On A Leash is the only song i really like...
The Used is on that tour though aren't they? i would go for them. that was a pretty harsh pit too, at Warped Tour last year.

ah yes, the used. they were on tour at projekt, as well as less than jake. both bands were quite good, and played like 45 mins, 15 more than warped, so i was pleased

That's what I've heard. My neighbor said he's seen them a few times and they put on a great show and couldn't recommend seeing them enough.
