1990 fuel pump wire

k putting a remote starter into my gp checked out the wire diagrams and according to them if I hook it up to the orange wire coming from the ignition but it don't start doesnt sound like fuel pump in coming on but I got power to the connection any idea on what wire it might be? thnx in advance
