Need Help ! Window Motor change..

ok, heres the deal.. bought a new window motor because i got tired od pushing and pulling mine around.. came today.. thought it was gonna be an easy install, took the door panel off with no prob.. then noticed that the motor is between the glass and the metal inside of the door.. how in the hell do i get there?

take the door speaker out, then you have to drill the ribets out of the old motor so you can put the new one in. I had to replace mine a couple of months again
