Two Questions, please help

Please anyone i need help. first ive already had two 240's the first was a 93' i lost in an accident and i now own a 91'. ok i have had this problem with both cars, for whatever the reason my brake lights stay on and everytime i step on the brake my dashlights come on. its annoying ! anyone know what to do about this. and last.. i have a sunrrof on the 91' hatch. i was wondering what originally came with the car to cover the sunrrof ? is it meant to be without a cover, i live in miami the sun really starts to get to you. is there a cover ive tried to find that thing everywhere, ebay and even like 4 junkyards. i would really apreciate if someone out there could help me. plzzzzzzzzzzz!

Yeah my S14 has a cover go to any junkyard, hell we got pull-a-part and that thing will be around 10 bucks. The dash light thing, seems theat two wires have lost their insulation and are touching, take it to an auot electrical shop.
