as long as ur motor is in fine running order...i would say about 6-7 psi...no more.

Blow off valves, you only need one, and it should be installed probably 6-12inches from the throttle body.

well what about on on the manifold i see those once i na while. and how would i work the blow off vavle to make sure i dotn get to much pressure into my engine

a blow off valve releases pressure in the charge piping when a sudden vacuum condition exists, such as shifting or letting off the gas. it is automatic, controlled only by equal vacuum forces on both sides of a spring actuated pistons.

You are thinking of a wastegate. A wastegate controls boost by bypassing the exhaust flow from the turbine once a predetermined boost level is met, which works on a spring principle as well.

so were does the waste gate go and were does the blow off valve go

Not steal you thread or anything. but what gauges would you recommend for a turbo set up?

i reccommend a boost guage

have you done your research lately? im sure there are lots of write up on turbo setups.

the waste gate on the manifold or turbo.
the blow off valve, i think someone up there said charge pip. you can place it somewhere near the intake manifold, dont get 2 close, most people place it around 2 to 4 ft away from the intake.

other then a boost gauge

on the guage, if you want a light show get a air/fuel ratio but a lot of people may say they're practically useless. I have no clue if that b1 is vtec = if it is, get a vafc, if not safc. and dont use the stock injectors. people may even tell you to look into fmu's.

I suggest before jumping into a boost setup get to know your car first and everything inside out with it; make sure its running good. When your in boost life will be easier when you encounter issues. I also think you should really, TRULY learn about boosting before you do it. get a clue for what your about to do to your car and what it will do to your car before you do it. But if you have money to throw away, then learn the hard way.

first off, FMU's are crap, and if you use an FMU, you generally use it in conjunction with *stock* injectors. running an FMU with larger injectors will consist of the car not running, and in the even that it will idle properly, then hell has frozen over, and the car will run like crap in the top end becuase of the larger injectors *PLUS* highly increased fuel pressure.

i will agree with itechengineers on one point... research it before you do it.

*ENGINE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE YOUR #1 PRIORITY WITH A BOOST SETUP*
