Help On 90 integra LS Intake install

I got an Ebay intake for 16 bucks but it has no install guide. I looked on my stock filter and theres 1 big and 2 small hoses, but my new intake has one big and one small. Can I leave one of the smalls unhooked? Can anyone tell me what hose does what? It's the 1.8 non-vtec if you need to know. Also I've heard that putting a SRAI on this engine will make it lose 10 hp instead of gaining, is that true? Thanks for any help you can give.
