Nickle and Dime 2JZ

I am re-building my first model from a year ago the Datsun 510 it was my first model that was fininshed (i HAD MULTIPLE FAILED ATTEMPTS WHEN i WAS LIKE 5)(btw i'M 13 NOW) i WAS BOX BOX BOX stock, it has no windows, bubbly paint, the list goes on. There happened to be a Toyota 2JZ sitting on my desk :uhoh: I broke the car down and does anyone have an idea on how to make the giant 2JZ fit in the dime? BTW how can I get decals off a non clear coated car??? Pic will be up soon

Oh I recently purchashed a tube at the hobby shop that is call Tamiya Rubbing/Polishing Compound. Is this the orange peel fight solution that everyone says is a must? If so how and when do I use it "Tamiya Rubbing/Polishing Compound" is the only english on the tube
