D16 head on D15 block

Anyone tryed a d16 (si) head on a b15 block? Does it even bolt on?

Just curious, but what would the gain be from this? Higher compression? Larger displacement? Larger valves?

cheep replacement (si head available, dx head not) as for power gains... I'm not sure, If any it would be miniscule probably.

si & dx heads are the same casting, the si head has a slightly more agressive cam.

Accually I think i'll just buy me a z6 head and do a mini me. read somewhere I need a differnt cam gear for d15 to mini me, I'll search for it in a little while if no one answers.

make sure you get an Si cam gear, and timing belt, I have an Si cam in my DX motor.

i'm gonna be doing this aswell, i doubt it will make a huge difference but oh well, i'm putting on an a6 head, and intake tho, need 2 convert to MPFI for more power and it'll be easier for when i drop the ZC in down the line :)
