WB Weather Band

I have a quick question, does ALL of the BMW radois recieve the WB station? I have been in several BMW's and they all had them, now I own a 99 - 528I and I cant seem to get it. I have a Business radio with AM FM, tape and 6 CD Changer. Any help will be greatly appreciated I dont see anything in the Manual, the index doesnt even go up to W.
