how to program a key

hi, i bought a car from an auction but it didnt had the key so i went to the dealer and they said they will charge my 150$ to make the key. and they uncut key is like 60 $ at the dealer so i bought one from ebay for 20$ so i took to the dealer and they cut ti for me but it only opens the door so i wondering if anyone would know how to program the key thanks alot
