Your 302 is doin good now with 2 barrels, even though ur goin to a 428 do u really need 8 barrels? You can give the engine tooo much gas u know...

2 doublepumpers is overkill and you will have to tone them down like crazy. A single DP will work better.

ok so if i get lets say a really good holly about 750 and a good manafold it will give about the same power as double pumpers ?

With the two of them u would have a big problem with flooding and incomplete fuel burn. One four barrel would work MUCHO BETTER MAN!!

Depends on the cam and the intake. Stock or mild cam wont handle two.
