Question about planned upgrades

I just got a 97 civic dx, all the engine stuff is stock. I (stupidly) taught a girl how to drive stick in it, and my clutch hasn't been the same since, to say the least. So I'm putting in a new clutch first. I bought a new centerforce clutch and found a place to get it installed, but I was wondering if it would be a good idea to get a better flywheel at the same time.

I plan on keeping the d16y7, but I'm going to put a d16y8 or z6 vtec head on, y8 intake manifold, cold air intake, and maybe an exhaust header. Will the stock flywheel (which has 105,000 miles on it) be okay for this, or should I replace it?

And yes if your getting your new clutch and flywheel it would be more then enough for a mini me set up.

get the new flywheel before you fuck it up and end up having to pay another $400-600 to get a new one installed...if your already gettin the clutch installed spend a lil more and get the flywheel now so u can save $ in the future
