CTR Pistons in B16a -- Install

Hey Guys. I'm going to be purchasing some PCT pistons soon and I had a couple questions:
1) I hear you have to shave 1mm off your rods?
2) What can be screwed up if install them wrong?
3) They will be running 11:1, but with Spoon head gasket, around 11:2.1... is this alright for stock valves? 92 Octane?

There is some machine work required to the rods but I have no idea how much.
Your best bet would be take the rods and the pistons to the machine shop that is doing the work and let them figure it out. If they can't then go somewhere else. (take your old piston along as well. Having the CC rating of the heads compustion chambers might also be a good idea, as the machine shop might be able to adjust the CR depending on what needs to be machined to fit the CTR pistons.
The CR dosnt affect what valves you have, unless your worried about interferance, it shouldn't be a problem with the CTR pistons and thinnner head gasket.
As for 11.2:1 on only 92 octane fuel, well I certianly wouldn't do it, but then the US fuel is of a higher quality than ours. As long is your knock sensor is working then OK, but dont be surprised if you crack a piston or worse.
