Rear Lower Tie Question

Hey guys just a quick question, I have my rear lower skunk2 tie bar sitting here for so long I have just been too lazy to put it on. My question is can I do it myself? Is it a pain? I was checking everything out and it seems like just 2 bolts and it pops on. Just wanted to make sure before I do screw anything up when i remove those bolts.
