Why is it that when some of you make antennae for your models, you glue them so they lean back, and in some cases, more than just a little, but on the real car they are almost vertical?

I guess it's really up to you how you like them to look.
I like to have mine leaning back a bit.
Try and find pics on the car you are doing and have a look to see how they look.

BTW, I meant on racing cars, not road cars which usually do have leany back antennae.

Most pics i have seen of the race car they have 2 in some cases's. A short one which is straight up and down, then a longer one which leans back.
