90 Prelude 2.05 liter DOHC looses power sometimes

My little Prelude will sometimes sort of loose power...like it is going to die but don't. I will start to coast off the side of the road then it will come back and run fine. It only does this every few days. It is when I am going at a low speed like in second gear or something. I have no idea what it could be...any ideas?

start with a simple tune-up...sometimes that HELP's greatly....(or also car's also run like shit when there's lil to non...gas!!!...so try to always atleast have it just under half a tank...)

Well, it has new plugs in it but not cap and rotor. I checked them all out and they look really good. I never let it get much below 1/4 tank because of the fuel pump but it is almost full and did it on me yesterday. Usually it runs great...it just has these sort of fits where it looses power like it is not getting fire or gas. I have no way of telling because it only last for a few seconds then it comes back strong and runs great. No check light or anything.

Could be the distributor. I had a problem similar to that in my subaru and thats what it was.
